We begin with a free in-home consultation at your Reston home. Our designers measure the kitchen, identify which walls are structural and what the plumbing and electrical will allow, and listen to how you want the space to live. You receive a detailed 3D design at no cost.
After you approve the design, we select cabinetry, stone and hardware together in our Sterling showroom and lock the budget and schedule. Structural, electrical and plumbing changes are permitted through Fairfax County Land Development Services; we prepare the drawings, file the application and schedule every inspection. Interior kitchen work does not need Reston Association approval, but if the project touches windows or exterior walls we handle the Design Review Board submission too.
Our in-house crew then builds the kitchen in one continuous run, with every cabinet and appliance ordered before demolition. You pay 30% down to begin, as Virginia law requires.
