Fill out the short form above with your name and email. Within seconds you’ll receive an email from EA Home Design with your personal referral code (it looks like SARAH-EA27) and your personal referral link. The link is yours forever — it never expires, and joining costs nothing.
Share your link with anyone remodeling
Text it, email it, post it in your neighborhood group — anywhere. When a friend clicks your link, they land on our consultation page and your code is attached automatically, so the referral is credited to you. If they book by phone instead, they can simply mention your code.
Your friend gets a free consultation
Our designer visits their home, takes measurements, and creates a 3D design of their exact space with a detailed proposal — completely free and with no obligation. Your friend loses nothing by looking; they simply get to see what their remodel would look like and cost.
You get paid — twice per referral
When your friend completes their consultation, you earn $50 for your first referral, $75 for your second, and $100 for every one after that. If they sign their remodeling project with us, you earn an extra $250 bonus. Rewards are sent to your email as digital gift cards after each milestone is verified.

Referral program FAQ
Do I need to be an EA Home Design customer to join?
No — anyone can join. Past clients, neighbors, realtors, friends: if you know homeowners planning a remodel in Northern Virginia, you can earn rewards.
How do I know my referral counted?
When your friend uses your link, their consultation request arrives with your code already attached — that’s how we know the referral is yours. If they book by phone, ask them to mention your code (for example SARAH-EA27). You can also email or call us anytime to check the status of your referrals and rewards.
What if my friend forgets to use my link?
No problem — as long as they mention your name or code when they book or during their consultation, we’ll credit the referral to you. Referrals just can’t be added after a project is already signed.
How and when do I get paid?
Rewards are paid as gift cards. You earn $50–$100 when your referred friend completes their free in-home design consultation, and a $250 bonus when they sign their remodeling project with EA Home Design.
Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
No limit. Every friend who consults earns you a reward, and the per-consultation amount grows: $50 for your first, $75 for your second, and $100 for every one after that — plus $250 each time a referral signs.
What counts as a qualified referral?
A qualified referral is a homeowner with a home valued at $800K+ planning a full remodeling project (kitchen, bath, basement, or whole-home). The referral counts once we complete the in-home consultation at their house.
What are the loyalty bonuses?
On top of the per-referral rewards, active referrers earn yearly bonuses: +$500 at 5 qualified referrals in a calendar year, +$1,500 at 10, and +$2,500 at 20. Combined with consultation and signing rewards, 20 referrals in a year can earn you $11,425 or more.
Can realtors, designers, or contractors join?
Absolutely. If you work with homeowners — as a realtor, insurance agent, designer, or trade professional — the program is a simple way to earn while connecting your clients with an award-winning remodeler.
What does my friend get?
A free in-home design consultation with the 2026 national award winner for Best Kitchen Design — including 3D renderings of their space and a detailed proposal, with no obligation.
Program details: rewards apply to new referred customers within EA Home Design’s Northern Virginia service area. One consultation reward per referred household. Qualified referrals are homes valued $800K+ with a full remodeling project; a referral counts when the in-home consultation is completed. Loyalty bonuses are based on qualified referrals within a single calendar year. The consultation reward is paid after the referred in-home consultation is completed; the $250 bonus is paid after the referred project contract is signed. Self-referrals and existing active customers don’t qualify as new referrals. EA Home Design may update or end the program at any time — rewards already earned are always honored.
