While we had very minor issues throughout the process (all projects have some), each time they just said “we’ll fix it” and they did. The finished product looks great. Leading up to starting the actual remodel work, it was sometimes difficult to get clear responses from the sales/management team, so we had to be proactive at that stage to get the information desired.
