What do I get in the consultation?
This isn’t a quick walkthrough and a vague number. You’ll leave with clear design direction, including ideas you probably never even thought about, and you may realize options you didn’t know were possible in your home. We’ll give you an honest opinion on material quality, a realistic timeline, and a budget range that makes sense for your goals. Most homeowners tell us they feel genuinely excited after this meeting because everything finally becomes clear. You’ll get a ballpark estimate during the in-home consultation, and a more accurate estimate once the final layout and selections are defined.
What areas do you serve?
We serve all of Northern Virginia, and select areas of DC and Maryland depending on the scope and size of the project. Most of our projects are in Loudoun County and Fairfax County, but we also work in Prince William County, Alexandria, Arlington, and Falls Church. Our showroom is in Sterling, Virginia, and for most projects a showroom visit for design review and material selection is required unless a client has a disability or needs an accommodation.
What remodeling services do you offer?
Our core services include kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, main floor remodeling, basement renovations, home additions, new home builds, and luxury closets. We also handle related interior and exterior work such as flooring, fireplaces, powder rooms, laundry rooms, storage solutions, painting, windows and doors, roofing, siding, and more when it’s part of a larger remodeling project. Many of our clients begin with one space and then continue into a whole-home remodel, either in stages or all at once.
Who is the best fit for this consultation?
This consultation is for homeowners who care about smart design, better layout, and long-term quality, not just the lowest price. If you want a remodel that feels high-end, functions beautifully, and looks like what you see in magazines, you’ll be a great fit.
What is your average project cost?
Our average kitchen remodel is around $80,000, and our average primary or master bathroom remodel is around $45,000. These are averages and can be higher or lower depending on the size of the project, the final layout, and your material selections. You’ll receive a ballpark estimate during the in-home consultation, and a more accurate estimate once the scope, layout, and selections are clear.
Is signing the Project Development Agreement mandatory on the first visit?
No, nothing is mandatory, and we never pressure you. However, we strongly recommend the Project Development Agreement because it allows us to focus deeper on your project planning and helps you avoid costly mistakes. Most clients find it saves them far more than it costs by preventing expensive changes, improving layout decisions, and helping you choose the right materials and appliances before construction begins.
