After you approve the design, we select cabinetry, countertops and hardware together in our Sterling showroom and lock the budget and schedule. Gainesville is unincorporated Prince William County, so structural, electrical and plumbing changes are permitted through the County’s Department of Development Services; we prepare the drawings, file the application and schedule the inspections. Interior kitchen work does not need HOA architectural approval in Gainesville’s communities, but we check your association’s rules if a window or exterior wall is involved.
Our in-house crew then builds in one continuous run, typically about seven weeks for a full remodel on the existing layout, with every cabinet and appliance ordered before demolition. You pay 30% down to begin, as Virginia law requires.
