Interior kitchen work does not need South Riding Proprietary approval, and we check the association’s contractor rules as a courtesy.
Our in-house crew then builds in one continuous run, typically about six weeks for a same-footprint full remodel, with every cabinet and appliance ordered before demolition. You pay 30% down to begin, as Virginia law requires.
