Luxury Bathroom Remodel in Ashburn, VA
We recently completed a stunning bathroom remodel in Ashburn, VA, transforming an outdated builder-grade space into a bright, elegant, spa-like retreat. This project included full demolition, custom building, plumbing and electrical updates, premium tile installation, and one of the most beautiful vanities we have ever installed.
The remodel began with removing the existing window, old tiles, cabinets, and tub, followed by disposal and hauling away all debris. From there, we rebuilt the space with new vinyl windows, a custom Crystal inset vanity featuring rift cut white oak and a custom finish, and MSI quartz countertops. The vanity was installed in both the bathroom and hallway area, creating a seamless luxury look.
For the shower and tile work, we built a new shower pan, waterproofed the shower, poured concrete as needed, installed new cement board, completed all tile installation, and finished with grout. The main tile selection was Emser Unified White Matte 24×47 on the walls and surrounding areas, paired with Emser Unified White Matte 12×24 on the shower floor. The shower back wall features Emser Sculpture Oro Matte 13×39, adding a beautiful focal point to the design.
We also completed major plumbing updates, including a new 3/4 waterline for the shower, moving the shower and tub water lines and drains, and installing the new toilet, freestanding tub, and all bathroom fixtures. On the electrical side, we added 10 new recessed lights, installed sconces, and moved outlets to both sides of the sink. Finally, we painted the bathroom to complete the transformation.
The result is a luxurious, timeless bathroom with a freestanding tub, frameless glass shower, custom white oak vanity, large-format tile, and elegant finishes throughout.
