This Chantilly, VA kitchen remodel is a full-scope renovation designed to improve layout, add natural light, and upgrade everyday functionality. The project includes complete demolition, removal, and disposal of existing kitchen cabinets, along with selective wall modifications and professional patching of walls and ceilings.
To support the new design, we remove and straighten angled wall sections— including the corner wall and peninsula wall—using expert framing, drywall, and trim work for a clean, modern finish. A major upgrade in this Chantilly kitchen is the installation of a large new picture window on the side wall to relocate the sink, bringing in more daylight and creating a brighter, more open feel. Window materials, labor, and interior/exterior trim work are included.
The kitchen is finished with Waypoint Living Spaces cabinetry, featuring soft-close drawers and doors, full-extension drawers, and dovetail drawer boxes for durability and smooth daily use. Cabinet selections include 410F Linen for the main cabinets and hood, and 410F Almond for the island. All new cabinets are installed according to the approved design plans and renders to ensure accuracy and a cohesive look.
For countertops and backsplash, we include fabrication and installation of MSI quartz (Calacatta Mirragio Duo – to be confirmed), including all cutouts for a seamless, high-end surface finish.
